The recipient has not received the package and Merci Maman has not attempted to resolve the issue.

I ordered 2 beautiful necklaces and 2 rings. I wanted them to remind me of my beautiful family & 1 necklace for my Father that has died. He'll be with me every day with this beautiful chain close to my heart. I know that soon I'll be purchasing a few more pieces. Worth every penny. People compliment me all the time when I wear the jewellery.

I am rubbish with technology! I found it difficult to send a photo of what I wanted engraving via email . I could do it via Instagram and this was accepted! Even better , because of my incompetence I didn’t think I would have it in time for my daughters birthday but I did !! I ordered it in the Thursday and it was delivered on the Saturday!! Her birthday was on the Sunday! Excellent service ! Beautiful presents ! Beautiful gifts ! I would highly recommend Merci maman ?

The necklace was much smaller than I expected.
I purchased a similar type bracelet with initials on it and they are incredibly hard to see now. I don’t think I would recommend to any friends or buy again.

I ordered a personalised Dog Tag from MERCI Maman and the design is identical to the picture I sent. My order was delivered within 1-2 days and it’s amazing I would 100% order again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personalised gift thank you!

I completely understand that mercimaman are not the cause of delivery failure.

And it didn't arrive at Christmas due to delivery issues.

When I contacted them for help, I was quite upset as it was a gift to commemorate my wife's father who died just before Christmas.

They were very kind and couldn't do enough to help me. The problem was sorted in 24 hours and my wife is wearing a beautiful necklace.
